Grain Law Firm Supports the “Misto Dobra” Centre for Women and Children

Grain Law Firm believes that supporting those in need is not only a sign of compassion, but also a responsibility. Guided by this principle, the firm’s team recently visited Misto Dobra (“City of Good”) in Chernivtsi — a unique support centre for women and children facing difficult life circumstances. Grain Law Firm purchased and delivered essential household and everyday supplies to the centre.

Today, more than 300 people are under the care of Misto Dobra. These include evacuated orphans, single mothers with children affected by violence and war, and elderly women who lost everything due to military hostilities. All of them have found shelter, care, and comprehensive support at the centre.

One of the seven buildings of Misto Dobra houses the “Butterfly House” — the only charitable children’s hospice in Ukraine. More than 70 seriously ill children currently receive treatment, accommodation, and support there.

“This assistance is invaluable, because every day we search for opportunities to save those waiting for their miracle. Today, Grain Law Firm became part of that miracle,” representatives of the centre commented.

This is not the first social initiative implemented by the law firm, as Grain Law Firm sincerely believes in the importance of supporting those who need help.

“Every day we work to provide high-quality legal assistance to our clients,” commented Kostiantyn Doroshenko, Managing Partner at Grain Law Firm. “At the same time, we believe that a successful business should not only grow, but also support others. That is why such initiatives are an integral part of our values and an important responsibility for us.”

“We extend our deepest gratitude to Marta Levchenko — a person with an exceptionally kind heart — and to the entire team of Misto Dobra for their dedication, care, compassion, and daily work,” added Lidiia Karpliuk, Partner at Grain Law Firm. “They have created a place where kindness and love truly prevail, where women and children can find safety, support, and a chance to start a new life. Our children are the future of Ukraine, and it is essential that there are always people beside them who are ready to offer a helping hand.”
